Thomas A. Edison Charter School was founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that children in historically underserved communities in Wilmington, Delaware deserve a rigorous, joyful, and world-class education. No excuses.

Led by Dr. Salome Thomas-EL, an acclaimed author and nationally recognized educator, Edison has built a reputation for combining consistent leadership, small-school family culture, and academic rigor that produces graduates ready for the most prestigious high schools and colleges across the nation.
